What is a Mentor?
Mentors are remarkable person(s) who open their hearts and their homes to care
for an adolescent. Mentors become trusted guides, tutors and advocates for the
individuals with whom they live. This special relationship between the Mentor
and the individual provides the structure and support for development, growth
and change ? in a natural setting.
